Our Story 
Livoro is a family-run business with over 30 years’ experience in the property sector. We invest in, develop, and manage thoughtfully designed shared living spaces for professionals in thriving town centres. Traditional renting has long been underserved—often characterised by uninspired design and a lack of care. We saw an opportunity to do better, and we built Livoro to deliver it.

What we do

We design and deliver high-quality co-living spaces in aspirational regional towns and cities—locations often overlooked, yet full of potential. 

While similar concepts are typically concentrated in major cities like London, Manchester, and Birmingham, we believe exceptional living shouldn’t be limited by postcode. 

Our focus is on places where people want to build their lives—and where our developments can make a lasting impact.
