1. How do I reserve my accommodation?
You can reserve your room by selecting your preferred room type and submitting a request to the team, we will then be in touch to finalise the next steps. If you need assistance, our team is happy to guide you through the process.
2. Who can live in the accommodation?
The accommodation is designed primarily for students studying at the University of Northampton or other nearby educational institutions.
3. Do I need to pay a deposit?
A deposit will be required to secure your room. The deposit amount and payment details will be confirmed during the booking process.
4 . What contract lengths are available?
Tenancy agreements are typically offered for academic year contracts (51 weeks), although shorter stays may occasionally be available depending on availability, prices will differ from that advertised for a shorter duration.
5. Can international students book accommodation?
Yes. International students are welcome to book accommodation, and the booking team can assist with the process if you are arranging accommodation from overseas.
6. Can I cancel my booking?
Cancellation policies depend on the terms of your tenancy agreement and holding deposit terms. Please contact the team for full details.
Rooms & Facilities
7. What is included in the rooms or studios?
Rooms are fully furnished and typically include a bed, desk and study chair, storage space, private bathrooms and access to kitchen facilities. Some room types may also include kitchenettes.
8. Are bills included in the rent?
Yes. Rent is all-inclusive, covering electricity, water, heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi.
9. Is Wi-Fi included?
Yes. High-speed internet access is available throughout the building and included in your rent.
10. Is there laundry available?
Yes. Laundry facilities are available within the building for residents to use.
11. Can I choose where my room is located?
When booking, you can request a preferred floor or room location, and we will do our best to accommodate your preference depending on availability.
12. Is bike storage available?
Yes. Secure bicycle storage is available for residents.
13. Is parking available?
Parking availability depends on the property. If parking spaces are available, they may be limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

14. Is the building secure?
Yes. The building features secure entry systems and CCTV monitoring to help ensure residents feel safe and comfortable.
15. Is there staff or support available?
Management and support staff are available to assist residents remotely with any issues or queries during their stay. We have in house cleaners and maintenance staff to help resolve any issues promptly.
16. Can I have overnight guests?
Residents may have occasional overnight guests, provided they follow the building’s guest policy and respect other residents.
17. Can I share my room with someone else?
No. Sadly all the suites are for single occupancy owing to local regulations.
18. Can I swap rooms with another resident?
Room swaps may be possible if both residents agree and management approves the request.
19. Can I sublet my room?
Subletting your room is not permitted.
20. What happens if I need to move out early?
Parking availability depends on the property. If parking spaces are available, they may be limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
21. Do I need to clean my room when I move out?
Residents should leave their room clean and in good condition at the end of their tenancy.
22. Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in the accommodation.

The University of Northampton Waterside Campus is around 1 mile away, approximately 20–25 minutes on foot, 10 minutes by bike, or 10–15 minutes by bus.
24. How far is Northampton town centre?
Northampton town centre is approximately a 10 minute walk, offering a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment.
25. How far is Northampton train station?
Northampton Railway Station is approximately 1.5 miles away, around a 15 minute walk or 20–25 minutes by bus.
26. Are there supermarkets nearby?
Yes. Several supermarkets including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, and Aldi are located within easy reach of the accommodation.
27. Are there gyms nearby?
Yes. Nearby gyms include PureGym Northampton Central and The Gym Group Northampton, both accessible by bus, bike, or a short drive.
